Excellent MOD, JEFF
I bought several bags of KELLOGG organic soil & it was filled w mildew, plastic debris & oozed a nasty, smelly orange liquid. It was a waste of my time & money. I had to start from square 1, thankfully Jeff listened to my issue & rectified the issue w ease.

Found exactly what we needed
Exceptional service here ~ employees take the initiative to help, and don’t wait to be asked. Found the deluxe tractor cover for our John Deere riding mower, thanks to (Scott?); also found the perfect white rod-pocket curtain rods I couldn’t find anywhere else. Jill said, ‘I can help you,’ and checked us out to pay our HD card. Just a pleasure, thanks!

Exceptional Team Customer Service
Bernadette, Tanya, & Christian provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My husband and I are in the process of getting our basem*nt finished and have made several Home Depot purchases in which they have all assisted us with tracking and retrieving purchases and answering questions/concerns over the past few months. Recently, they teamed up to assist us with receiving store credit for an online purchase (shower doors that were too tall) that was returned over the 90-day limit due to an unforeseen hold-up with finishing my basem*nt. It was amazing to see their teamwork in action and the level of care that went into their efforts, which alleviated our stress and enabled us to purchase the correct items needed for finishing our basem*nt timely. Words can't express how thankful we are for the care and attention that they gave us. We will be back because of them! Also, my new shower doors are amazing. We purchased majority of our bathroom materials (flooring, shower wall and door, vanity, mirror, and toilet) from Home Depot and we are very pleased with the quality so far.

The app seems to hardly ever work in this store!
Not having the Home Depot app not functioning in this store, really is frustrating. Because without it, I can not use my military discount.

A few key employees make all the difference.
Joe and Scott far exceeded our expectations during this visit..when the online ordering and delivery service couldn't make our date of need, we showed up on the Friday before Me.orial Day weekend, with a need for 70 2x8x12 boards. The store was severely short-handed, but Scott and Joe went above and beyond to help us get the first half of our lumber pulled and loaded. Joe even stayed after his shift was over, just to ensure Scott could safely pull and get the hack of boards set up for us. Bravo to you both! You are what customer service is all about!

Amazing customer service!
Scott from Lawn was awesome he really went above and beyond to help finding a clearance mower that was hard to find. He worked with the Manager Jeff to do the right thing and even though it took a little while Scott stuck with me and really showed amazing customer service!
